About this Course

Participants will be introduced to Earth, Physical, and Life Science topics, which they’ll explore while investigating the ways people and animals understand and use the world around them. They’ll experience and explain how light reflects from objects and enters the eyes, which allows the object to be seen and explore how animals use internal and external structures to live, grow, and survive in the world. They’ll learn about energy from natural resources and how their use by humans affects the environment and research ways to decrease the impact of natural Earth processes on humans. Due to the duration length of this program, participants under ten (10) years of age do not need to be accompanied in the program. However, parents/guardians are expected to remain at the program location for its duration in the event their immediate assistance is required.
