About this Course

Participants will be introduced and use the Eye Sensor on the Code Base to detect obstacles to clear the landing area for a Mars rover to land safely. They will then use the Code Base Robot and its sensor iterations to explore robot behaviors, controls, commands, and sensors through navigation challenges. Prerequisite: Robotics and Coding with VEX Go Level 1 Due to the duration length of this program, participants under ten (10) years of age do not need to be accompanied in the program. However, parents/guardians are expected to remain at the program location for its duration in the event their immediate assistance is required.
