About this Course

This program will introduce the fundamental movement skills of basketball. Participants will be taught the basics of a dynamic warm up, dribbling, shooting, footwork positioning and safety through age-appropriate drills and games that will be stationary and non-stationary. Class is not scheduled for the following date: May 19th. Required Equipment: Clean indoor running shoes Due to the duration length of this program, participants under ten (10) years of age do not need to be accompanied in the program. However, parents/guardians are expected to remain at the program location for its duration in the event their immediate assistance is required. Class is not scheduled for the following dates: April 21st & May 19th.
