About this Course

This program will teach the fundamentals of Table Tennis. Participants will learn the rules, proper gripping, forehand, backhand, serving and scoring. Technical skills will be taught through instructors as well as game play. Required Equipment: Clean indoor running shoes Recommended Equipment: Table tennis paddle Programs occurring at Bob Callahan Flower City Senior Centre will require a Flower City Senior Membership in order to register for a spot in drop-ins or registered programs.
