About this Class

Do you like swimming and have always been curious about what it would take to become a lifeguard? This try-it program will allow you to experience the introductory levels on the path to becoming a lifeguard and swimming instructor! Get tips and tricks for your strokes and lifesaving kicks, and be introduced to the exciting world of lifesaving! Prerequisites: Ability to swim front crawl, back crawl and breaststroke for 25m each.
