About this Class

Bond with your child while enjoying the mental and physical benefits of Yoga. Participants will not only relax but will build trust and communication through partner poses. All participants must register. Active parent/guardian participation is required. Both parents/guardians and child(ren) must register. Required Equipment: Please supply your own non-slip Yoga mat.
